Trauma Informed Mindfulness with Sanghoon
This session helps students to increase their stability and resilience in body, mind and spirit, utilizing various mindfulness exercises. To effectively overcome severely stressful situations at the present or from the past, ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) science, purposeful spirituality, trauma informed care knowledge and skills will also be introduced and practiced during the session.
